Arne’s Hustler journey began on the factory floor, where he spent two years mastering the art of building our world-class equipment. This experience taught him a deep understanding of our products and their capabilities.

Arne’s passion for customer service became evident during his secondment at a local hydraulics manufacturer. There, he honed his skills in delivering exceptional customer experiences, a value he carried back to Hustler.

Leveraging his diverse background, Arne thrived as R&D Manager. His keen product knowledge and hands-on experience proved invaluable in spearheading the launch of several successful new products. He played a key role in identifying customer needs, translating them into innovative solutions, and ensuring their successful market launch.

Now, as CFO, Arne utilises his comprehensive understanding of the entire business cycle, from product development to customer experience. He translates his financial expertise into strategic insights, driving Hustler’s growth and profitability.
