Service Notes;
Stripped off the side-feed belt and clean out any debris from rollers & replaced two guides under the belt. Refit and reset tracking.
Repaired floor jack as required.
Adjusted both elevator and floor chains as required & carried out full grease of all components & check and adjust wheel bearings.
Change gearbox oil & straighten the step ladder. Replace the leaking hydraulic motor with a new unit.
Carried out full steam clean and run up and check operation. OK.
