This machine has had an overhaul in our workshop with a completely new floor and both sides replaced. Has had new chains replaced recently.

Service Notes;
Carried out a full check of the wagon and adjusted/greased wheel bearings.
Completely stripped out the floor and cleaned all mount rails and supplied and fitted new one-piece marine-grade flooring.
Removed stainless side panels and replaced with galvanized sides, fitted complete new sheets, and riveted in.
Fitted new grease nipples where needed and carry out full grease of the wagon. Repaired hydraulic speed adjustment as required. Straighten two bent floor slats and replace the missing one. Check and adjust all chains as required. Steam clean and run up and check operation. OK.
