How does the Chainless bale processor retain my leaf?

Hey, guys. It’s Jayden here with Hustler Equipment. And I often get asked, how does the chainless bale processor retain my leaf? Because we know everyone’s going for maximum leaf retention, especially when rebaling.

So you can see here that essentially what’s what’s happening is this bottom rotor, which is spinning a third of the speed of the top rotor, is gently gonna tease the hay up as these teeth, one at a time pull the hay out of the bale. It’s very gentle. It doesn’t spin very fast and it’s essentially like you’re using a pitchfork to pull that hay off. But instead of having them all at the same spot where it would pull the bale off of the rotors, you’re just doing it one tooth at a time, very gently.
