Pasture and Soil Why Free Range Health and Welfare

This episode is with Joe Howard, Director of Chantenay carrot & livestock enterprises at Howard Farms in Nottinghamshire County, England. Joe’s family has been farming for nearly a century and a half, and discusses how in the early 2000s they had to bring livestock back into their operations to help replenish the severely depleted soil. That move has been extremely successful so far and helped get their soil and operation back into a prosperous state.
