About Patrick
Patrick started working at Hustler in 2011. First he worked in the cutting department of manufacturing, after learning to weld, and undertaking this for a few years in the fabrication department, he became the team leader which lead him to production manager.Â
Having spent 10 years in different departments in Hustler’s ‘Production Process’, he knows the time and work involved, to ensure the team performance is maximized resulting in high quality manufactured products satisfying the customers he cares about.Â
Patrick is very lean minded, has a strong knowledge of manufacturing, high standards and he is continuously implementing improvements in the factory to ensure efficiency and product quality.
