Last month, we drew the name of the lucky winner of a Can-am Defender HD8 Pro loaded with accessories worth $26,799 in Hustler MiNT green! If you haven’t seen the video of the draw, check it out here.

The lucky winner, Henry Gaddum, came all the way from Gisborne to grab his prize at Hustler’s global headquarters in Hastings, Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. Henry met with Brent Currie, Hustler’s CEO who helped to load the machine on Henry’s trailer.

Earlier this season, Henry bought an Unrolla LM105 bale feeder and a set of Softhands LM100 bale handler that gave him two entries to the draw. That day, when Brent called him to tell him the good news, Henry couldn’t believe it! He was inside babysitting while his wife was horse riding. What a surprise!

And the Can-Am is just a bonus for Henry. After using his Hustler bale feeder all winter long, Henry is very satisfied. The Unrolla LX105 is “as good as I hope for, even better,” Henry said. “The results from using them are bloody good too, just no wastage of feed and no mud, so I’m pretty happy.”

Of course, Brent couldn’t help but make a joke about our machines and he asked Henry if “anything break yet?” to which Henry responded, “No, no breakages!” At Hustler, customer satisfaction is a priority, which is why we strive for unparalleled customer care and one of the best warranties in the industry (up to 4 years warranty on new products!).

So the Hustler Team had to say bye-bye to our beloved and unique MiNT Can-Am that has been housed in Hustler headquarters’ foyer for a few months. She is off for a good home and will start a proper on-farm career. Henry told us that his new Can-Am is going to be “a good fencing machine” but not only! She is going to be the perfect steed for “the wife and kids to come out on-farm,” detailed Henry, before concluding that she is an “awesome looking machine.”

Here at Hustler, we are all thrilled that Henry can enjoy and get good use of his new piece of machinery. And for those who are wondering, yes the Can-Am has arrived safely. Below a couple of photos that Henry shared with us. Cheers Henry, enjoy!
