C & C Machinery, a family run business that began in 1991 as a two-person operation between Cedar Armstrong and his daughter Emma,  has now grown into a thriving agricultural sales and service supplier. After Cedar’s retirement in 2008 Emma and her husband Matt Pearce took over and this has seen the business take on many new franchises to provide greater versatility and choice in the range that they supply. Now employing 14 full time staff and providing a great learning opportunity with the employment of local apprentices to ensure that the business keeps moving forward.
